Wondrous Wreath Christmas Card

Today's card is made with the Stampin Up stamp set called Wondrous Wreath. The wreath is stamped on Kiwi Kiss cardstock with Kiwi Kiss ink and VersaMark ink with Ranger silver embossing powder. The Sentiment die and stamps are from the Papertrey set called Inspired:Hope. I cut hope from SU designer paper and twice from matching cardstock so I could give it some dimension. I also cut tiny pieces of SU Dimensionals and put them on the back. I stamped the sentiment in VersaMark and used Ranger white detailed embossing powder. I finished it off with some SU twine in black and white and some SU rhinestones I colored with a Copic marker. The printed paper is from my stash.

The inside of the card is stamped with a sentiment from SU More Merry Messages and the wreath stamps in Kiwi Kiss and Mossy Meadow.

Papertrey Miniblooms Card

It has been so long since I have posted a card. I have still been making cards and scrapbooking, just not posting. I am trying to start posting regularly since summer is almost over and a new school year is upon us.

This card was made using a Papertrey Ink stamp set called Mini Blooms and SU stamp set Rose Wonder for the prayer sentiment. The printed paper is from Stampin Up! - one card uses Soft Sky and the other Pool Party. I used white paper for the card base and Daffodil Delight card stock for the trim. I used Watermelon Wonder, Perfect Plum, Rich Razzleberry, Cucumber Crush and Daffodil Delight ink for the flowers as well as Pool Party and Soft Sky for the background. I cut out the flowers and popped them up on SU dimensionals.

Something Lacy Sympathy and Get Well Cards

I made these cards with the background stamp by SU called Something Lacy. I also used Butterfly Basics with the matching dies from SU. I also used Spellbinders Mystical Embrace as the frame for the sentiment. The prayer sentiment is a computer font and the sympathy sentiment is called Heartfelt Sympathy. The above colors are Mint Macaron with Garden Green and Blackberry Bliss. I layer the butterflies with dimensionals that I cut up in small pieces and added rhinestones. Below I used Watermelon Wonder and Bermuda Bay.

Wordsworth Bethlehem Christmas Card in July

It has been several years since I posted a card. I went through a very hard time in 2012 and have finally healed to the point that I want to share my cards again. I have been stamping but just not posting. Today I made a card with a stamp by Wordsworth called Bethlehem. I purchased it on Ebay. I don't know if the company is still in business. I used SU designer paper and Chocolate Chip, Old Olive, Very Vanilla and Real Red SU cardstock. I sewed the panels down and embellished it with SU rhinestones. Inside I used Luke 2:10-14 along with an SU Merry Christmas sentiment. Thanks for reading again.
