This layout has so much white space the pictures look lost on the page. The hardest thing about this redo is the oval were already cut in the photos. I guess I went crazy using the Creative Memories cutting system when I first bought it.
This paper is Basic Grey Skate Shoppe. I inked all the edges and cut some of the patterns from the paisley paper. The chipboard arrow is also Basic Grey. The alphabet is Cuttlebug Curls and Swirls. The jewels are from Hobby Lobby.

Wow....ok Son#1 looks now like hubby did in those pics (at least I think so) and I was surprised to look on here and see Mr #2 as a baby.
I like the re-do's...I think sometimes people get caught up in "the way" to scrapbook pages and when you do your own style, you are happier with it instead of trying to do someone else's style. That is the great thing about scrapbooking...you can do as little or as much as you want on the pages. What you do is up to you...stamping, embellishments, digital etc.
My personal goal is to just keep up with the scrapbooking so all our photos are in books....whether I do paper or digital!
